Mypad makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
5.2 Order Confirmation
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order occurs when your payment is processed and the item is dispatched.
5.3 Payment Methods
Mypad accepts a range of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment services as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Mypad does not store your complete payment card details on its servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Mypad offers shipping to all destinations as listed on the Platform. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Mypad is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Mypad pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Return Policy
You may return most items purchased from Mypad within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Certain product categories, including perishable goods, digital downloads, personalized items, and hygiene products, are non-returnable unless defective.
7.2 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Mypad reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned in non-original condition.
7.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@mypad.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Mypad is the data controller responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer at:
1. Never Run Out of Power Again
The claim Never run out of power again refers to normal everyday desktop use under typical indoor ambient light conditions. Mypad is a solar-powered wireless charging mousepad and, like all solar-powered devices, requires a minimum level of ambient light to generate and sustain a charge.
In practice, ordinary indoor lighting — natural daylight coming through a window, standard overhead office or home lighting, or a desk lamp — provides sufficient light for Mypad to operate continuously throughout a normal working day. The product is designed to perform reliably in the environments where a desktop mouse is typically used.
The word "never" does not imply that Mypad operates in complete darkness, in a sealed room with no light source, or under conditions where the ambient light level falls below the minimum threshold required for solar operation. Under such conditions, Mypad will draw on its internal battery reserve; if the battery is depleted and no ambient light is available, charging will pause until light is restored.
Mypad is not liable for any perceived failure of the product to meet this claim in environments that fall outside the scope of normal indoor ambient light conditions as described above.
2. Magic Mouse Compatibility
References to "Magic Mouse 2/3*" on the Mypad website and marketing materials require the following clarification.
Magic Mouse 2: At launch, Mypad is fully compatible with Apple Magic Mouse 2 via a dedicated Mypad adapter. The adapter is included with the Founders Edition and will be available separately at launch. No modification to the Magic Mouse 2 is required beyond attaching the adapter.
Magic Mouse 3: At the time of Mypad's launch, Apple Magic Mouse 3 has not yet been officially released. The reference to Magic Mouse 3 in Mypad's communications is forward-looking. Mypad intends to develop and release a compatible adapter for Magic Mouse 3 once Apple releases the device and its hardware specifications become available. Mypad makes no guarantee as to the timeline of Magic Mouse 3's release by Apple, nor the timeline of Mypad's corresponding adapter.
Magic Mouse is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. Mypad is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Apple Inc. The use of the Magic Mouse name is solely for the purpose of indicating compatibility.
